Professor Jim Flynn, Emeritus Professor of Political Studies at the University of Otago, will present a public lecture “Democratic Socialism in New Zealand” on Thursday 8 March 2007, at the Memorial Theatre Foyer, Victoria University of Wellington, starting at 6.30pm.
The lecture will consider how the humane principles of democratic socialism are relevant to New Zealand today.
